Field Service Engineer - Digital Software Support- Location: Yongin Giheung and Field
- Coverage: Software
- Clients: mainly Semicon and others
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair equipment, ensure flawless operation.
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair services on Thermo Fisher Scientific equipment.
- Ensure all service activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements.
- Travel to customer sites to perform service tasks, strictly adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.
- Field software support, workflow and DSE capability
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of complex equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within South Korea.
