Purpose of the position


The candidate will be working with SM sales and marketing manager
to meet revenue target including profitability. Ultimate objective is to
maximize the output for sustainable and profitable sales growth in SM
segment through developing sales strategy including Key Account
Management (KAM) and executing the plans with effective
collaborations with Marketing, Application and Service team.


Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales plan for BD SM segment based on the
    revenue and growth target


2. Manage dedicated accounts to achieve revenue target, while
    constantly exploring additional growth opportunities based on
    strategic priorities of the team 3. Sales forecast of monthly/quarterly/
    yearly by effective pipeline & opportunity management systems or
    tools such as SalesForce.Com(SFDC), etc

3. Work closely with marketing and application (clinical) teams to lead
    and implement values and new strategies as directed from SM
    segment

4. Managing various sales activities

5. Managing customers including opinion leaders & business partners

6. Support the team for new product launch

7. Develop and influence clinical strategy by becoming SM expert to be
    able to promote BD SM products in highly professional manner

8. Submit all required reports(daily/weekly/monthly)

9. Manage his/her own expenses

10. Develop peoples (direct reports)


Accountabilities

1. Achieve key business objectives – revenue and profit

2. Manage key accounts’ daily coordination and customer engagement

3. Submit all required reports, plans and handle correspondence on
     time

4. Achieve company goals and action plans established for the
    department

5. Abide by BD’s ethical code and high moral standard


Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

2. Over 5 ~10 years of working experience in medical industry sales

3. Experience in Solution selling (not product selling) preferred

4. Success in introducing new medical technologies to healthcare
    environments

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Strong background in selling medical device

7. Strong growth mind-set, learning agility, positive thinking and
   can-do attitude 8. Ability to travel up to 20 %, depending upon
   account distribution

9. Excellent English & Korean in writing and speaking preferred.

10. Good level of competency in computer skills including MS office.
