Adhesive Quality Manager | What you'll do
- Drives/develop Quality strategy and targets in plant level; Collects all local customer requirements and upload them to the global database with customer approval
- Ensures manufacturing or production processes are meeting international (ISO9001,ISO14001...) and local standards
- Leads customer complaint reporting and monitors supplier quality complaints and issues actively
- Works closely with quality management to address global customer requirements including audits, standards and targets; Steers best practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Defines quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff; Steers and organizes quality training
- Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures; Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Quality or equivalent is required
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in people managing is required
- Work experience in packaging of consumer product or related industry is preferred
- Excellent knowledge in GMP is required and experience in quality core tools like APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA or SPC is preferred
- ISO9001, ISO14001 or equivalent is preferred, and 6 sigma green belt or equivalent is plus
- Good communication skills in English is required and Korean is native
