Planning Specialist

Job Overview

Assist with Support elements of the strategy management role across the organization.
Team member of a strategic planning team working on company-wide, BU,
offering specific initiatives.  Individual contributor that can lead workstreams and
execute on qualitative and quantitative analyses with limited oversight.

Essential Functions

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support project approach and
  solution development

• Develop presentations an support documentation that are appropriate for the
  level of the audience

• Conduct analysis to support market sizing and business opportunity assessment.

• Conduct research and analysis of competitors and glean insights to support
  business strategy.

• Conduct financial and business analysis supporting development of business cases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy required

• More than 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry

• Skill in gathering, interpreting, and reporting complex market data

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational, analytical, planning and project management skills

• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities

• Ability to work independently and as a team player

• Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external
  stakeholders, coworkers, and managers

• Skills at Data analytic or business intelligence program (e.g. SPSS, SAS, Power BI,
  MSTR, Spotfire, Tableau) preferred
