Main Job

  • Establish a deep understanding of the account develop and
    maintain executive relationships.
  •  Establish a vision for the team with measurable goals and objectives.
  • Regularly review team results to hold team accountable and
    recognize significant contributions
  • Manage the development and excursion of account plans, sales
    strategies, and opportunity plans. Identify specific opportunities with
    tactics and owners for all customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal team and partners to manage a large area
    efficiently.

Qualification

  • Sales experience in Public and government industry
  • A person who understands CAD/PLM/CAE tools and can
    communicate their purpose
  • Proficiency in SFDC, advanced Excel
  • Understand the government agency purchasing and bidding process
  • - No reason to disqualify you from traveling abroad and be able to
      speak English at a business level.
  • - A person who is comfortable traveling to other regions to handle
      public/government affairs nationwide
  • More than 10 years of experience in the sales depart
    (especially S/W related)
