- 보상 및 평가 관련 데이터 분석
- 직무분석 및 직무 평가 등을 기반으로 한 보상 제도 설계 및 개발
- 연간 보상 계획 수립 및 분석
- 복리후생, 연금제도, 단체협약 등 제도 수립 및 실행
- 기타 C&B 관련 전반 업무
- Prepares the compensation function in alignment with progressive talent
attraction and retention goals - In collaboration with HR team and other key stakeholders, manages the
design, implementation, and administration of performance management and the link with performance-based salary increases for staff - Manages the job evaluation classification processes for all support staff
positions. This includes the review and assignment of salary of all new positions and applications for reclassifications in the bargaining unit, analyzing and reporting out on trends within organization - Conducts financial analysis and prepares compensation forecasting
- Manages and monitors group benefits costs and trends; participates in
negotiation of vendor contracts and agreements, monitors service targets, negotiates policy changes with consultants and vendors (including group benefits, employee and family assistance program, and underwriter), liaises with benefits carriers on complex cases and makes recommendations on exceptions to policy - Manages the administration of the SGS Pension Plan and Local Pension Plan
Qualifications [필수자격] - 학력 : 4년 대졸 이상 (경상계열 전공자)
- 경력 : 관련 분야 8년 이상
- 영어 능통자
[우대사항] - 보상 제도 기획 및 인재 관리(HR Manager) 경험자
- MS-Office 활용 능숙자
- 뛰어난 의사소통 능력 및 대인관계 능력
[Job Requirements] - Bachelor's Degree
(Business Management, Management, or related field of study. - Minimum 8 years’ HR experience in a management capacity
- Hands-on experiences on reward project and talent management
- Excellent English Speaking & Writing
[Required Skills & Experiences]- Experience in overseeing a large, comprehensive total compensation
program and HR managing - Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships
at all levels of the organization
