In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Assessing the service needs of customers and linking them to the appropriate resources.

· Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services.

· Scheduling appointments for customers and tracking service records.

· Respond to any issues that occur under warranty periods.

· Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers.

· Manage product recall/replacement.

· Report progress and technical problems to Service Manager

· Co-work closely with all BU team members.

· Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements.

 

Who You Are:

Your responsibilities include advocating for customer care, explaining the available 

technical solutions, helping to plan services, and keeping records of the services offered.


You Hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments. You build partnerships 

and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You develop and 

deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique 

needs of different audiences. You build strong customer relationships and deliver 

customer-centric solutions. You set priorities and analyze multiple and diverse sources 

of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.


For This Role, You Will Need:

· Degree in Engineering or other related fields

· Over 0-5 years of service experience in technical/industrial environment

· Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people

· Good communication skills in both Korean and English

· Good interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and work under pressure

· Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
