👨💻 Tasks Intro We are seeking a highly motivated Dealer Engagement & Digital@Retail Specialist to join our team at MBK. In this role, you will design and execute dealer communication and event programs that build team spirit and trustful relationships between MBK and its dealers. Your responsibilities for.. ü Develop and execute annual Dealer engagement and communication plan to
boost trustful relationship between MBK and dealer networks. ü Develop & facilitate annual dealer awards to drive motivation across dealer networks. ü Lead MAR 20X Consulting for dealers to help them adopt enhanced retail process & media set-up in collaboration with HQ, Dealers and external Vendor. ü Maintain GSSN accurately, and up-to-date including close communication with stakeholders.
Dealer Engagement & Communication - Design dealer communication and event program within agreed framework to create team spirit and trustful relationship between MBK and dealers. - Develop a plan for execution, budget, resource i.e. vendor selection and ensure all necessary approval is obtained. - Execute a plan professionally by steering vendors and lead cooperation among relevant business units within MBK. - Organize MBK and dealer management meetings e.g. Dealer CEO meeting, Dealer Executive Board meeting and facilitate professionally by consolidating business agenda and meeting material from business units - Make timely communication with Dealer management regarding the meeting and events. - Coordinate the events/meetings hosted by HQ for Dealer management such as IAA, Product Forum, and Meeting between HQ board members & MBK Dealer management. - Develop and execute Dealer Management Incentive Trip including the performance measure criteria set up and Local Compliance check. - Document meeting minutes and communicate with stakeholder’s on timely manner.
Dealer Awards - Review and enhance dealer award’s contents & category annually by steering related business functions to drive dealers’ motivation. - Facilitate to set-up measurement criteria for awards in collaboration with related business unit and communicate with dealer network. - Develop a plan for execution; budget, resource i.e. vendor selection and ensure all necessary approval is obtained. Execute a plan professionally by steering selected vendor and relevant stakeholders in MBK
Retail Process & Digital @ Retail - Retail Process consulting - Implement customized MAR20X retail process consulting in cooperation with HQ and external vendors (if available) - Guide dealers to apply MAR20X process to ensure best customer experiences in all MB showrooms - Media & Digital process consulting - Lead MAR20X media expert consulting in cooperation with HQ and external vendors - Coordinate with stakeholders; Marketing for content and IT for technical topics to ensure seamless operations on retail - Integration of MAR20X Media & Digital Elements from concept design planning stage to final installation and operation stage (Digital Signages, RCPS License, C@Rshow adaptor, Handover Assistant, Showroom Connect etc.) and monitoring by DEP - Support dealers with general inquiries and assist them to solve technical issues in cooperation with HQ (Bi-weekly meeting with HQ, DEP tickets etc.) - Monitor Digital@Retail KPI status of dealers and manage to keep them up to target level. - Cooperation with HQ in assessing new digital@retail initiatives for their market feasibility by executing pilot studies. In case of market feasibility approved, execute market roll out to retail. GSSN - Maintain GSSN data on provided system. - Handle internal inquiry on network data.

Education 4 year Bachelor degree in related fields Experience Minimum 5 years’ working experience at automotive industry Experience include at least two of the following areas: - Marketing event - Data analysis - Experience working with cross-functional & Global teams Specific knowledge & Leadership Proficient in English communication General understanding of imported automotive industry Collaboration, proactive working style and drive for results, stakeholder management
