- Sales activity for sales promotion
- Regular meeting with customer to present ZF products (current and new technology)
- Regular meeting with ZF Head-quarter to get information for market / New technology
- Provide quotation for customer enquiry based on supporting of ZF headquarter
- Provide market information of Korean customers related business sector
- Technical discussion with non-auto customers
- Providing technical support for non-auto customers
- Commissioning test on customer’s machine tool and train to ensure endurance of
ZF products and customers machines - Supporting root cause finding upon quality issue in customer and end-user’s premises
- Follow up, ECN / ECR and warranty process
Your profile as key account - Bachelor or master degree on Engineering (for instance mechanical engineering)
subject in university - Expert in engineering and technical experience
- Customer-friendly mind
Default language: Korean (native) Level of experience: Technical sales, application and test engineer
