Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics
| [담당업무] Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and research online user behaviour on Dyson.co.kr, which will be developed into
optimization insights to maximize the Web NPS score. Actively communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to arrange experiment and evaluation plans. - Work with relevant teams and agencies to track and analyse media performance and efficiencies,
and fine-tune media campaigns accordingly. - Support sales planning and operation from a data perspective. Consolidate and manage sales
relevant datasets, and develop necessary reports and BI to help sales functions understand sales performances, assess promotion efficiencies, and forecast sales demands for various e-commerce channels. - Research Dyson market trends by analysing various market datasets ranging from market price,
market sales, and credit card datasets. Develop and share insights to keep track of market and competitor trends and plan upcoming sales strategies. UX/Media Analysis:
- Use online analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Decibel to extract
necessary datasets, and monitor website performances. - Conduct projects to analyse user behaviour data to identify potential optimization points to
improve brand website performances. - Collaborate with website merchandisers to plan and conduct UX experiments such as A/B testing
and surveys to evaluate implemented projects. - Actively communicate with Dyson.co.kr sales team to review and identify optimization
opportunities. - Keep an eye on promotions and related media campaigns on Dyson.co.kr to review and
fine-tune efficiencies with the e-commerce sales teams. - Keep track of Web NPS score as a key KPI of online user satisfaction, and identify for risks and
opportunities to achieve the target score. E-commerce Business Analysis:
- Collect, process, consolidate, and manage a wide range of datasets relevant to the e-commerce
business. - Using the collected datasets, build dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker Studio
and Tableau. Distribute reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to keep track of sales performances of various e-commerce channels. - Work with e-commerce sales teams to provide data platforms and supporting insights in the
weekly sales planning and forecasting process. Assess promotion efficiencies from sales, supply, and finance perspectives, and provide insights to improve sales performances. - Conduct market research projects using datasets such as GFK and credit card sales datasets.
Help business stakeholders understand market and competitor trends and identify insights which can contribute to business strategy developments.
[필수요건] - Over 6~8 years solid experience in working in the eCommerce analytics or business planning field.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail market but FMCG experience is preferred.
- Fluent/Business English.
- Strong analysis capability with excellent Excel skill.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
- Presentation skills.
- Adaptable/flexible – able to multi task.
- Must be familiar with fast paced work environment.
- Self-motivation.
- Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management
